The BREEAM® Certificate (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) is an International Technique for the Certification and Evaluation of the Sustainability of a building based on a systems analysis, qualification and implementation of environmental and health benefits as a guarantee of quality, giving recognition to good building practices. BREEAM has become the leading stamp in Spain for its adaptability to regulations and for the use of advanced techniques, providing more than 200.000 certifications and with more than 1,000.000 registered buildings worldwide.
Which constructions can apply for the BREEAM® certificate?
New construction and existing buildings with at least two years of construction and non-residential used.
What are the benefits of the BREEAM® Certificate?
