Colonia Infantil de Sabinillas (1975)
One of the many projects carried out by AA Arquitectos y Abogados took place in 1975 with the renovation of the Colonia Infantil de Sabinillas. Every summer, more than 600 children from all over the country gather at the oldest children’s summer camp in Spain.
Karting Kart Center Campillos (2005)
An international circuit approved by the CIK/FIA. With a 1,588-meter track, it is expertly designed with fast sections, slow zones, and technically demanding curves. Motorsport enthusiasts push their machines to the limit in a highly safe environment.
Los Abetos Residential Complex (Sierra Nevada), Urbanización Los Abetos
One of the first residential developments built in wood in Sierra Nevada. Located next to the first ski lift stop to Prado Llano, it enjoys a privileged location at the ski resort, with direct access to the slopes when there’s enough snow.
El Albero Residential Complex (Mijas Costa), Urbanización El Albero
With 428 homes, this residential complex in Mijas Costa features three shotcrete swimming pools—the first constructed using this method in the area—and two tennis courts that have remained in excellent condition since the 1970s.
Cortijo del Agua (Mijas)
With 100 homes, commercial spaces, and parking facilities, it houses one of the largest swimming pools in the area, built using shotcrete.
