According to the Spanish Regulations, the Energy Efficiency Certificate is necessary since 2007 in new construction and since 2013, in existing buildings, valid for 10 years from its registration in the corresponding Registry.

Certification Process:
- Visit the property for the Data Review: Checks, inspection and tests by the Technician.
- Energy Rating: Evaluation based on the global CO2 emissions per square meter, expressed in KgCO2 / m2 and detailed of the energy consumption of the property, expressed in kWh / m2; in other words, what pollutes the house per square meter, according to the consumption of energy for the maintenance of the habitat in an optimal and comfortable way. The parameters to be taken into account are: The constructive design of the facades, the geographical location and orientation of the same, the condition and qualities of the floors and roofs, type of windows and installations (Heating, Refrigeration, Shading, Production of Sanitary Hot Water and illumination). The Ratings go from A to G, with A being the highest possible score
- Improvement allowances in the facilities, thermal bridges, caverns and thermal insulation and reparations periods, according to the energy savings that can be achieved. We also offer information about possible governamental subsidies.
- File of the Energy Certificate at the Register of Junta de Andalucía.
- Delivery of the digitally signed Energy Certificate and Energy Stamp according to the Official model of the Ministry of Industry, where the following information is shown: Effective date, Energy Rating obtained, number of public registration in the Andalusian Government, construction regulations of the property and reference cadastral of the house, office or commercial premises.
